Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RSC)
Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RSC) is a unique approach that involves shared exploration of the parallel process. This process pays attention to all relationships, including those between the practitioner and supervisor, practitioner and parent, and parent and infant/toddler. It is crucial to understand how each of these relationships influences the others. Reflective supervision/consultation also focuses on both professional and personal development within one's discipline by addressing the emotional aspects of the work and how reactions to these emotions affect the work. Importantly, there is a strong emphasis on the supervisor/consultant’s ability to listen and allow the supervisee to discover solutions and perceptions independently.

Early Childhood Consultation is an intervention that pairs a mental health professional with early care and education staff and families. This collaboration focuses on promoting the social and emotional development of young children in their care.
